Special Meeting

November 20, 2004 Minutes

The meeting was called to order by Moderator Susan Schneider at 11:30 a.m.

Registered Voters Present: 22

It was determined that the required number of voters was present to meet the quorum of 15.

Moderator Schneider called for the reading of the Warrant. The Clerk/Treasurer read the Warrant. Moderator Schneider called for nominations from the floor for Regular Non-Resident Prudential Committee Member. Linda Searles nominated Michael McEnerney; Blanche Lennington seconded. Gail McGeer nominated Gerard Grondin; Patricia Clemons seconded. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and paper ballots were issued marked, and counted with the following results: Michael McEnerney received 7 votes; Gerard Grondin received 15 votes and was elected Regular Non-Resident.

Moderator Schneider called for nominations from the floor for Non-Resident Alternate. Bill Brownhill nominated Nancy Wannagot; Dennis LaChapelle seconded. Blanche Lennington nominated Michael McEnerney; Bill Lamb seconded. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and paper ballots were issued, marked, and counted with the following results: Nancy Wannagot received 6 votes; Michael McEnerney received 16 votes and was elected Non-Resident Alternate.

Moderator Schneider called for nominations from the floor for Resident Alternate. Ron Boucher nominated Dennis LaChapelle; Linda Searles seconded. Gail McGeer nominated Chuck Clemons; Laurie Discawicz seconded. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed. Paper ballots were issued, marked, and counted with the following results: Dennis LaChapelle received 6 votes; Chuck Clemons received 16 votes and was elected Resident Alternate.

There being no further business to come before the Special Meeting, the Moderator called for a motion to adjourn. Bill Brownhill moved to adjourn; Bill Lamb seconded. The motion was passed.

The Special Meeting was adjourned at 11:55 a.m.
