• APPROVAL FOR TAKING A LIMOUSINE OR A RENTED CAR FROM BECKET TO BOSTON ON 3/27/08

Mr. Bonney reports that the cost of the limo from Olds is $250/day for up to 6 people with $35/hr for wait time. He checked with Abbot who wanted $365 for just a car and Toby’s wanted $450/day and $58/hr. He says if he had to drive down himself he’d have gone the night before and gotten a hotel so he could prepare for the meeting. The quoted price includes all fuel and tolls. There is discussion of what the cost of hotel, meals, rental car, parking, etc. would cost.
Motion made and seconded to approve $400 expense for the trip to see the Attorney General; unanimous approval.
