Special Meeting

February 19, 2005 Minutes

Moderator Susan Schneider called the meeting to order at 11:45 a.m. The Warrant was read.

It was established that a quorum of 16 voters was present.

The Moderator called for a vote on the article to amend Chapter II, Section 4 of the By-Laws of the District to read as follows:

“All annual and special District meetings and meetings of the Prudential Committee are open to the public and shall be held at the Becket, Massachusetts Town Hall or at a location which the Prudential Committee shall from time to time determine. Non-resident property owners within the District are encouraged to attend any District meeting, and shall be entitled to be heard at such meetings.”

The Article was moved and seconded. The Article was passed by unanimous vote. Bob Ronzio moved to adjourn; Gerry Grondin seconded; motion passed.

Meeting was adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
